That Burger Joint - Glen Ellyn

A few times during the visit to the area and enjoyed the experience. This place consists of on-site and service. My favorite personal article is the Nom-nom Patty Melt! The Double Cheeseburger and the hairdress are also delicious. My last visit we had Kyle on the grill, and he killed him! General Manager Alex came to rescue while Kyle did his magic and even offered my nephew a polite cup of well soda while we waited. The staff in Glen Ellyn is super positive and upbeat. Great!

I loved it here! I'll be back! Service was great, atmosphere looked cool and food was excellent!

Best Gourmet Burger I had more than five guys, Back Gasse or Meatheads as we live nearby, we will be back, a little expensive for two Burgers two drinks and Pommes over $25 dollars, worth maybe 3-4 times a year Hellyeah

Simple. Good. Filling. Highly recommend, especially the pretzel bun.

Food was very good. Cooked burger and dressed the sandwich to order exactly as requested. It was a Cheeseburger. Seemed to be a better quality cheese than average. Store looked clean and maintained floors and even the grill area and hood seemed nice condition for lunch. The bottles on the shelving over the grill looked clean. One thing I would recommend is this location be more careful about in the future is the whole understaffed thing. When I walked in at 12:30 p.m., there was only one other customer waiting who had already ordered, and his food was already on the grill. The management had a sign up about being short-staffed. All the restaurants do. That wasn 't my problem; I get that. The gentleman running the counter was the only person working the entire restaurant, but by the time I walked in, the single person before me had already ordered and was quietly seated and waiting for his order. The employee greeted me well, and told me they were short staffed, and it would be a while before he could take my order. OK. I figured he must have been working some big order, or he had some call-in order that would be showing up to pick up. No... The only burger on the grill was for the guy who was waiting. He completely finished the other guy 's single, dine in order (already cooking) before even taking my order. I think the employee was quite capable of handling more than one order at a time! He just didn 't think he had to. Again, quality was the best from a fast food joint located in a nice neighborhood since COVID (except Cane 's). If I had known he only had one single order in front of me, I 'd have just walked over to Raising Cane 's.
