We really enjoyed breakfast and the hospitality was great. I really enjoyed the company from the resident dogs on site.
Pam has put a lot of effort into Inn On The River. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Dinner at Snyder's Tavern was delicious and came from the hotel kitchen. The location is convenient for exploring Glen Rose TX and Dinosaur Valley State Park. I highly recommend this place.
Loved this historic hotel! Enjoyed getting to learn about the hotel?s historical significance to the area and those that came to its healing waters. Pam, the owner, was very knowledgeable about preserving its past and excited about the future. Her caring and attentive staff was an added treat. Must stay at this historic boutique hotel when visiting Glen Rose!
We didn?t know anything about Inn on the River or Glen Rose. We chose it because it appeared to be exactly what we were looking for. It did not disappoint! My husband and I wanted an ?adventure ? for our 10 year old grandson with us. The Inn owner, Pam, welcomed us by phone before we ever met her in person. From the moment we arrived until we had to leave we could not have asked for a more peaceful and restful time. Our grandson wants to go back soon and so do we!! We will
AAAAMMMAAAZZZIIINNNGGG stay!! The owner is sooo personable and attentive. Very nice to visit with. The rooms (we were on the 2nd floor) were very quiet and very clean. The hotel itself is very clean. The breakfast is home cooked and very good as well. We will always recommend the Inn on the River to those going to Glen Rose and we will stay here again. Thank you Pam. Rooms: 5
