It does not take two people to make sandwiches for one person while another person waits. Wouldn't even acknowledge I was standing there waiting for them to take my order. Nope I didn't and wouldn't spend my money there. Don't like spending my money where I am not appreciated as a customer. Keep your dirty sandwiches. Was wiping the counters off wearing the same gloves you made the sandwich with anyway
No oven for over 2 months. Had to repeat over and over again of type of sandwich and what wanted on it. Don't waste your time, go to Macclenny 121 or. 228.Fabulous service and
The only problem I have with this place is THEIR FLIES... FLIES LAND ON YOUR SANDWICH AND THEN THEY THINK OR EXPECT YOU TO STILL GET IT (NOT) (Amanda shift lead) YOU EAT IT... MY NEXT STEP IS TO CALL THE HEALTH INSPECTOR BECAUSE THEY CAN DO BETTER WITH COVERING UP YOUR FOOD WHEN THEY WALK AWAY... Tammy and Kimmy were amazing !! Definitely visiting again. I went and got a one of their burgers and a few beer with my friends.
Management seems terrible. The lady that looked like the manager seemed to keep berating the employees. I’ve been coming here for months and when the teenage staff worked there it seemed like a nice environment. I enjoyed getting my sandwiches every other day. Looks like most of them quit since I haven’t seen them in a while. Subway at the journeys needs to do better. Better management means better environment which means better customer service. I can say I won’t be coming back until they get a new manager. This goes for the journeys AND subway.
