Buongiorno Bagels And Cafe - Glendale

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The coffee and bagel I ordered were excellent. The cream cheese was generously overflowing from the cinnamon raisin bagel.

The bagels were delicious! They were soft and incredibly fresh. The coffee was great, and the place was spotless. I’ll definitely be back soon!

My family and I have been visiting this bagel shop for over a year, and the food has always been delicious—never had an issue with that. However, today, I went in with my two kids, placed our order, and then went to the counter to pay. Not checking the receipt (I admit that's my oversight), I handed over my card and completed the payment. When I got home, I discovered they charged me $10.50 for a sausage and cheese sandwich, which they categorize as a "Custom Sandwich," while the regular sausage, egg, and cheese costs $8.10. Additionally, I was charged for six bagels when I only received three. While $8 might not seem like a huge deal, if this is happening to multiple customers daily, it raises a concern. Until I find another bagel shop, I'll continue to go back, but I will definitely be checking the receipts before paying from now on.

I'm always happy to come here because of the tasty food, friendly staff and good coffee. Chicken cutlet sandwich was $14 PLUS a credit card fee which, in my opinion, is very expensive for a deli sandwich. If not for high prices my review would be 5 stars.

Food is decent. But $18 and change for a breakfast burrito and a small coffee? This placed used to be decently priced.
