Contribuer aux commentairesHer mac and cheese was good in the past, but after tonight I am not sure I would get it again. what I received, looks like it's been a long time. the cheese on my noodles was no longer a soaked, but only dried cheese clumped together. the only reason why I gave 4 stars was because I was able to get a voucher for a meal in the future, but I would have preferred a lot of a refund.
This was a delivery and the one thing I don't like about Chick-fil-A is they are slow. They always send me a text stating it is ready for pick up but that is not true.. What they're really saying is they have the order and they're gonna start Putting it together. The employees are always really nice so no problem with them it's just that the text should say they confirm receipt of the order and we'll begin putting it together instead other instead of it is ready for pick up.
No calls or response fries were soggy salad half the size it use to be as well as extra chicken filet I ordered. Never at this location again horrible customer service and the girl who took order seemed like it was just a job. Not the usual chipper employees 83rd and bell is the best location and will go out of the way to go there even tho this is closer to me
Normally have a really good experience at this location. the drive thru is a little confusing once you first enter but after going for so long it’s not a bother. Today however I ordered online and decided to do curbside pick up. After arriving at the location I waited another 20 minutes to actually get my order. The drive thru line had already fully gotten served two times over. Might’ve just been a hiccup because that normally doesn’t happen but it was a little frustrating.
Went to this location this morning ordered a burrito and a hash brown charge my card got to the window they said they never captured my order so they'd have to run my card again food isn't there nothings there check my bank account they did charge me never got my food Ethan the manager instead of just getting the food on the fly tells me that I have to wait two or three business days for the charge to drop off or they will charge me again so I can get my food.**** poor management I showed him the charge he still does nothing gives me a fake apology! I'm done with Chick-fil. And when I went inside to the restaurant they told me that the laptop crashed so he never captured my order why didn't the guy in the drive-through tell me that? you're a liar Ethan!
