Former 5-star rating. Shameful. I used to be sad. We showed up at 630 a.m. on a Saturday night when it's 59* outside to say the only way to go and sit in the hallway or sit outside. I have a chronic disease and cannot be subjected to such cold trials. It is absurd to be so far in 22 and still refuse to eat inside. Ends to another city to spend our money.

My recent experience was absolutely terrible! I ordered an extra big pizza, an antipasto salad and drinks. It took an hour and THREE remembers our salad to come to us. When we finally got our din in pizza, the crust was thick, underboiled and tasted as if it had been frozen. I spoke to the so-called manager and was told that I would receive a refund and the management would come into contact with me. I'll wait a month later. After many years of enjoying their once delicious meals, I will never again eat their tranquility for less ingredients. It's sad.

I will never look back to this place the food delicious, but it had a hair in it. Also the lady with the blond hair is a bit rude and rude. Almost feels like it's a racist thing sorry that I was born Mexican and I can't shoot You bad attitude with me and my children the children are only eight and six both autistic the boy at the front was very nice although worst experience ever

Not the same. I've been here for over 5 years. Long story short the salad was all salad. The pizza was burned and tasted like cardboard. They haven't refunded the bill yet, Even after asking manager asked for the bill and kept it to reimburse the food. This is not the first disappointing time with them the last 2 years .. but the last time.

Best Italian food in Glendora with the most friendly people. We got fettuccine Alfredo the meatball sandwich, both were mouth watering delicious!!
