Unbelievable friendly staff! The central location is unbeatable, just for arriving by train. The Knowledge Forum (Museum) next door is worth not only in rain, but some exhibits are already in the guest room and in the corridors. The equipment with wood on the floor in the halls and rooms is very valuable, very pleasant. The style blender with old wood makes pleasure, as well as the very unusually high rooms for modern hotels. Take the breakfast buffet! Service in place, a huge selection, and above all many local products. This is how climate neutrality is combined with luxury. Really good.

Just always nice and with great breakfast. Only small things were noticed: drain plugged, remote didn't work or sometimes. I found the room climate difficult. It was very hot despite minus degrees. Despite heating. Open windows. Then the road was very loud... But the staff is always wonderful. It was a nice stay.

Very nice hotel. Top Location. Super clean, good service... the bar is very nice and especially great is the breakfast. There are deductions in very soft beds, large bed pine and the necessary scent of sanitary items in the bathroom. It's just a question of taste.

Good rooms, very good cocktails and also booking problems are solved to the satisfaction of the customer.
