El Pollo Loco - Goodyear

Absolutely terrible. Do you have the 8pc family meal and ordered a cheese quesadilla for the little ones. Not only were we cut the Quesadilla and a piece of chicken, the salad was devastated, the chicken we got was mangled, tiny and boiled over, and the server had a bad day (because it was common). We're never back.

The food was good, but I ordered the chicken avocado salad and was calculated for the chicken tostada salad. When I asked, they could give me the right amount. I was $4 plus tax and they credited me $2.55. While it is not a big thing, it is as if a refund is due, it should be the right amount.

Great customer service! The woman who takes my order has such a bad attitude and sound. They gave me the wrong order and threw into the wrong tortillas. When I asked them, they were defensive and did it with such ugly attitude. In any case, isn't this place anymore???????????????????????????????????

Polit service and chicken with sides are okay, but cilantro is sketched. Not exactly $26 quality. Not even $15 quality in my opinion.

May I just say I have been coming to this location for several months and I truly enjoy their service and food! Today though I wanted to recognize a drive-through person named Jesse who went above and beyond with her guest service. Jesse...Thank you for offering me an alternative and it was wonderful thank you so much you are awesome!
