I went through the drive-thru and placed my order. When I received my receipt, I noticed an additional charge that I wasn't expecting. When I inquired about it, they explained that it was a fee for using a credit card. Although the fee was only $0.17, it felt like a hidden charge since it wasn't mentioned on the menu or at the time of payment. I decided to go back inside and requested a refund for the fee. It’s frustrating to have to pay extra for using my credit card without being informed beforehand. If this happens to you, just walk in and let them know you didn’t agree to the fee, and they’ll refund it. Hidden fees have no place in a barbecue restaurant. On a positive note, the food was good!
