Burrito Factory - Granada Hills

I paid $35 for a burrito that was just ground meat and beans, and nothing else. I feel sorry for the business, but really?

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, especially the burritos. The salsa tastes almost homemade and is very spicy, perfect for lovers of Mexican salsa. I admire that they stayed open during the pandemic, even though there is no dining in the restaurant. There are no public restrooms, but that's understandable due to the small size of the place. I love that they serve chips with the burritos, as well as other delicious options like chili relleno. It's mandatory to wear a face covering while inside, which I appreciate for public safety. The staff is efficient and friendly, with quick service and the option to order over the phone. I am glad to support this place during these tough times and will continue to enjoy their excellent food and customer service. Thank you for your dedication and efforts.

This place was recommended by family and friends, however; it did not meet my expectations. I got the Mucho Macho breakfast burrito ,It was okay; and I will not order it again. Furthermore, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Mr. J Shepherd, Your statement about the new cook not understanding English it is very xenophobic. A cook or chef does not need to know a language in order to deliver quality food. I don't understand why you brought up the language barrier in a hostile manner.

I was very disappointed with the burrito I ordered at this restaurant. It was lacking in meat and the meat that was there was dry and not very tasty. I was hoping for a good steak burrito but instead received a subpar option. Considering the $9 price tag, I expected more. The tortilla also seemed to be store bought and not even heated or toasted. There are much better burrito places in the area and for the cost, I would not recommend this place at all. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered torta and was dry the bread was not even toasted berly even any meat in it.Worst place i have been to.
