Contribuer aux commentairesOkay, I'm getting people to be brief. But I have an online order at 5:50, it was a HOUR and I was told that it would be done at 6:15. It wasn't done. I stay in the lobby for about 30 minutes waiting for my order. While I was sitting there, 3 other people in the lobby complained about how they waited and waited for over 40 minutes. Then the Asst Manager told you he was too busy? get back their money because they screwed up their order.
Always pleasant, I go for the lunch combo. The girl working the counter today absolutely made my day with an m&m brownie just to try after we talked about them. Food is always great too!
Ordered from Grand Ledge Little Caesars off the app a Detroit style pan pizza. Got a order number, credit card got charged and it was suppose to be ready in 30 minutes. Went to pick up pizza and was told We can 't make Detroit style here, so we didn 't make it . Why didn 't they call us and tell us the don 't make that kind at the Grand Ledge store. When you select the store it shouldn 't show you things they don 't make.
Accidentally ordered from the wrong store on the app was told by the assistant GM that they couldn't reverse it. After going to another store they said they can reverse it and he just doesn't know what he is doing. He was very rude and did not care to even try to help. He told me he was going to go because he had work to do. If it wasn't for customers like me he wouldn't have a job. Also they accepted my mobile app order the other day and were closed when I got there.
Bad service, staff are rude each time I went. They seem to have no organization or training. Online order said 17 minutes wait. I go into the store and cannot find my order,staff told me that they gave not processed it. Took another 40 minutes to get out. I ordered two pizzas and see the picture for the folded and stuck pizza. I didn't feel like going in to request a new order. I will not visit this store.
