Firehouse Gastro Park - Grand Prairie

First time going, and nothing was posted about closing early, so we felt very rushed. The staff was focused on other things, but the facility looked goodFood: 5/5

Manager is super sweet! Everything has always been a great experience the moment I step foot at FireHouse Gastro Park. Everyone is so attentive, the atmosphere is the best, the food is delicious, and it is clean! You can also go in there and do anything from just eat, grab a coffee, work, its a neat place to go too. Completely recommend it!

This was a pleasant surprise! I was worried that it wold just be OK hamburgers and some beer but I was so wrong. I had the brisket sandwich and it was moist and delicious! Mama's Medicine cocktails at their full stocked bar were so good. To top it off they have a wonderful coffee shop. It felt like I was in a mini food hall. The owner and his staff were very personable and helpful. This is now my must visit anytime I find myself in Grand Prairie.

We went here for the first time yesterday and absolutely LOVED the food! My husband and I are super picky and hard to please when it comes to food so we were very happily surprised to find this food gem in the heart of Grand Prairie Texas. I got a cheeseburger (delicious) and my husband ordered the pork bbq sandwich (equally delicious) and the fries were amazing! A difficult feat since good French fries are hard to come by! We look forward to coming back!

I’ve been coming to Firehouse for about a year and a half. Absolutely *great* people on the staff. Good food (the pulled pork sandwich is an easy home run). I’m picky about my beer, and not only do they stock it, they always make sure they have it available (not always the case elsewhere). It’s definitely a hidden gem. You’re always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I also like it because of the couches/seating. It’s a laid back place to decompress after a day of work or a long week.
