Extremely bad service today. even worse, the whole thing is raw. they need a better administration or better hire competent staff.

Poor customer service. The young lady in the drive-thru stared at me before passing the drinks when I made it to the window. She never said hi, gave the total, or uttered a word. She remained silent throughout the entire transaction. It was quite strange and overall rude. Perhaps she was having a tough day; however, it is still unacceptable.

The manager Larry was absolutely amazing he made me feel like I was walking into a mom and pops with the great hospitality. Even while I sat inside everyone who came inside he treated the same way! OUTSTANDING ENERGY! Was not a huge fan of my sandwich but I'd come back just to say hello!

They take too long and seem not to care. Poor management and employees. This location sucks ass

I live in Houston and the first thing I do when I get to Dallas is get Golden Chick, nothing else tastes like it. And they have the best rolls hands down!
