I waited at the sonic for my order for over half an hour. I clicked the button for assistance about half way through, but no one responded to me for over 10 minutes. During this time, I had to call out a worker walking by for assistance instead as I was receiving no communication through the speaker. However, he was no better as he was on his phone and lacking any customer service etiquette. I then proceeded to wait for my order for another 5-10 minutes. During this entire time, individuals on the left and right of me were getting my serviced. This place might be the WORSE SONIC in Grand Prairie/DFW/All of Texas.
Trash don’t come here. Waited exactly 38 minutes for the order no one came to talk and let me know what was happening. Terrible sonic . Worker had both AirPods in walking in and out.Would do negative stars if I could.
Stopped around 6pm on a Saturday and didn't see any activity. Just 2 empty cars parked in stalls. Figured they belonged to employees. After reading the reviews for this location decided to go somewhere else. After half an hour on saw 1 customer going through the drive thru. Place looks deserted. Guess all the negative reviews are true. And another thing. The franchise owners should be getting and reading these reviews not some go between where you have to call an 888 number in order to make them aware.
Waited for 30min didnt tell me it was ready and gave me an incomplete order. I strongly advise not to order delivery at night.
