Arby's - Grandview

TLDR: Don’t go here, long waits, gets your food wrong, doesn’t care. This Arby’s location is terrible. I went inside to order a 4 piece mozzarella sticks and had to wait 5 minutes while the employees chatted and stared at me until one finally decided they would have to take my order. Not a huge deal but still unprofessional. After I ordered I waited 10 minutes before the manager came and told me that they are out of mozzarella sticks and offered me something else or a refund. Good food. Slow in drive thru usually at lunchtime. Kinda over priced for fast food honestly..

The new chicken sandwich 2 for 7 was messy and disgusting. Never again will I visit this location. Guess you get what you pay for.

Tried ordering sliders and they said they have no bread for them. So I tried a different menu option and they said they were out of those as well. Why are you even open today if you can't provide the menu items? Lady was professional and apologetic, not her fault.

Very good service I did not even need to ask for extra sauce packets
