This hotel has to be renovated. The carpets are worn, the color scheme of the rooms and corridors is brown, and the coating of the toilet seat has been peeled off....

Rooms didn’t have keys. Security headed up to my room before I got checked in and propped open my door. Then after I got my luggage in the room I had to leave my door open to go get my kids and wife out of the car. The room has an old smell to it. The guy that checked me in was very nice though. But this hotel lacks everything else.

The room and location are typical for this chain of hotels, but the service is absolutely horrid. You want coffee for your room? Guess what? They only give out tea! You want to call the front desk because kids are running through the halls knocking on your door at midnight? Good luck getting someone to answer! You want some breakfast included with your room because you’re a Gold Member? Nope. It’s $15 extra. Oh, did I mention the gym has not ONE working piece of equipment? Great times there, let me tell you!
