Guy in the drive thru knows me by my order. He's funny...gives me a good laugh every time Im there. I sure you keep the refreshers all year long!!! I go to this dunkin very often and there is this one worker who is always very disrespectful to customer. I am pretty sure he is the manager and his name is Jingnesh. He always is very rude and demanding. He has no customer service skills, he tries to arguewith customers any chance he can get. I would avoid this dunkin if you can.

I just went today to get a coffee. I don't mean to be a Karen but I went to a different location to get a coffee and after I left I realized they did not make it correctly. I went to this location that was on the way to my destination and asked with thecoffee and receipt in hand and waited 25 minutes before anyone paid attention to me and took my order. I asked politely if Icould possibly get my drink fixed (which I have done before when made wrong) and the lady was pretty rude and just said no.Especially after not getting service for such a long time...to get such a rude no did not feel too good. If I was told nicely itwould have been totally cool. I felt like an idiot.

I would definitely give this Dunkin' location zero stars if possible. I highly recommend avoiding it at all costs!
