Big City Wings - Great Wood

I've always enjoyed the food, specials and drinks and several locations I've visit over the years but as I'm sitting and looking around the jones location it's pretty filthy...servers and managers walking around trash and a spilled drink just covered with paper towels..floor under our booth had food and trash. Manager just hanging out talking to the young hottest the whole time. At least our food came out hot.

Both waiters were awesome . The kitchen could not handle a large party even if they said they could. You would think the manager knowing how busy it was and the kitchen falling behind. He would step in to help. But that was not the case his cell phone and running to get coffee was his priority.

First time trying this place and it was good! The wings were a Lil small but they were tasty... I'm be trying it again soon

All I can say is I drive 26 miles out my way to this Big City Wings location and reasons why are simple there is not one person that works here that is not welcoming. The food is awesome. The service is excellent. I highly recommend this location. 10 out 10 for sure.

The food is great here even if the potato skins portions are bit on the light side. The only real complaint I have is that in the last 3 months they have gotten 3 out of my 6 orders wrong. This has all been tied to new hires placing the wrong wing type order. It's to the point that it is a running joke i have at the bar when they place my order.
