Only through, but he friend says the best corn beef hash in the area ..we came after breakfast and the burger was a good substitute
I've heard about this place for years. People told stories about it being a favorite of Coach Lombardi. In the city, my wife and I stopped for lunch. The Burgers and Pommes were incredible. Service was wonderful. The two waitresses were very friendly and fast. The bill was also very reasonable. Music they had was a light Rock 70s mix. If you are looking for the best burger in the city at a reasonable price, Al's is your place. I can't wait until we get back here.
We both Got a classic burger with bacon and cheese and shared a cheese curds and it was an absolute win burgers had that old school diner taste and the cheese curds
I’ve been living in the area for almost 10 years now and this is my first time here. I ordered the hash burger w/ fries and I’ll definitely be back to try their other burger variations. I love the crunchy texture of the French fries. Friendly staff and they also offer a military/first responder discount. Worth a visit!
Visiting my brother in De Pere, Wisconsin and he told us about this little place. We went early for lunch because we read in the paper that it was pretty small and we wanted to be sure to get a seat! It is, but so cute and retro! The burgers were perfect-not super thick (yuk), and the cheese curds were yummy! The tater tots were so cool-shaped like alphabet letters! We’ll definitely go back there again on our next visit!
