It is rare that you consistently find good about the Board Food. The brisket was delicate, good smoke ring, perfectly cooked. The ribs, while a tad overdone, had excellent taste. The pages were excellent! Usually pages are where a place falls or cheap out. Potato salad was fantastic. The beans I found out later were vegetarian, were so tasteful and had a beautiful “old” consistency. Essigslawe was really good, and the fried pickles amazing. I think they're making their own pickles for them. Great idea was to take the spicy ranch sauce from the pickles and use it with the brisket. Can't wait to go back and try the chicken and pulled pig.
Best barbeque breeze everywhere. Loves the pig's sheikh. I recommend this place to everyone. Friendly staff. Clean atmosphere for friends and family. Goodbye. Veteran owned and operated. Can't ask for something better.
As alumnus of The Culinary Institute of America, I am often disappointed when I dive. When I stumbled over Red White and Que with my daughter Amanda tonight, I was surprised. The ribs were textbook perfect. I had put corn bread, a vinegar, collar and an excellent cattle breeze in test. On my car home, I thought I wouldn't change anything. If you are looking for quality, this is the place
Just ate there for the first time pulled pork was phenomenal and staff was amazingly nice. We live in Forks only 5 minutes away and 2 of the 4 of us have gluten intolerance. So excited to find this place!
