The employees at this restaurant are not helpful and appear to have a limited understanding of how to take and process orders. Despite working at a pizza restaurant, the staff struggled to handle customer requests and repeatedly put us on hold or transferred us to different employees. Ultimately, our order for cinnamon breadsticks was ignored and we were hung up on.
