Arby's - Greensboro

Staff is rude. Seems to me everytime I get a drink i can taste the CO2 in it, and they?re constantly forgetting the little things like sauces and or cheese that?s paid for, long story short, avoid this arbys.

Stop cutting corners! A kids' meal should include bottled water as an option. Instead, my child received a small cup of tap water that tasted like chlorine! This is unacceptable and really unpleasant!

I visit this restaurant regularly since it's conveniently located near my workplace, making it a quick and easy option! Today, I ordered a cherry turnover, but I was taken aback when I saw the employee grab it with his bare hands, without any gloves. He approached the window and handed me the bag, and I expressed my concern about the lack of tongs. He replied that they don't have any over there. I was appalled and told him to keep the turnover. However, he then went to find some tongs, placed the turnover in a piece of paper, and picked it up with his hands again before putting it in the bag. It felt completely unsanitary and gross!

I thought the food at Arby's was pretty standard, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and friendly service. The staff I interacted with were very accommodating and gave me a warm send-off as I left. Great job, Arby's Cone Blvd/Sands Dr!
