No shade but they seemed cult-ish when I visited. Seemed as if they worshiped the pastor not the Lord. Furthermore didn’t Jesus get mad there were merchants in the House of The Lord? And they have a whole restaurant in the church. Selling food. Smh.

I love the soul food. Everything was delicious! The fish is fried FRESH to order. Better get there early because the food gets gone quickly!

This restaurant is located in a cellar and offers both lunch and dinner menus. The chef has a soulful approach to cooking.

I have been dining at this restaurant for more than 40 years. The food is consistently delicious and we always feel that we are getting good value for our money.

I recently visited House of Prayer after reading online that their kitchen closed at 6. As a disabled woman, I arrived at the door only to be turned away by an employee who informed me that they were closed, despite the sign stating they closed at 4. I believe they need to update their hours online. I do not live in Greensboro, but had heard about their food and was disappointed by the attitude I encountered. I am unsure if I will return in the future if I am in the area.
