Auntie Anne's - Greenville

When we finally reached the register, the young girl working there was on her phone and sipping her drink while I tried to place my order. She ended up getting our order wrong and then blamed us for it. Throughout our waiting time, it seemed like her primary focus was on gossiping about other employees' appearances rather than serving customers. My daughter and I felt quite uncomfortable as they continued to laugh and make snide remarks. At one point, I had to ask my daughter to walk around the mall while I waited for our order. When we finally received our smoothies and hot dogs, I mentioned their rude behavior, and instead of apologizing, they just laughed and mocked me. This situation needs to be addressed by management, as it reflects poorly on the establishment!

I could say that I noticed the food looked unappealing, but my son really wanted to try it. I ordered his salted pork, but the one behind it looked overcooked, so I opted for the nuggets instead. After enjoying my top nuggets, I found only a few large dough pieces that were poorly cut and didn’t resemble squares at all. My son tried the frozen lemonade but didn't like it, and when I took a sip, I didn’t finish my drink and ended up throwing it away. This was the first time I was ever disappointed with them, and it happened on Thursday, July 8, 2021.

We waited for 5 minutes at the register while 5 employees stood there and ignored customers. The customers in front of us left and we were never greeted or acknowledged. We asked if they would attend us and the young lady just stared at us.

Went to Annie's in greenville mall. So rude. Acted like she was doing us a favor being at the register. We didn't order quickly enough so she stood there tapping her extra long finger nails. Won't disturb her anymore.

I visited this place today, July 27, 2022, and there were flies everywhere! I strongly advise against dining here—please avoid it.
