Krystal - Greenville

I had a quick service experience at the restaurant. The fries were delicious, but my burger arrived a bit cold. I was somewhat disappointed, but I warmed it up at home and it turned out to be decent. The staff was friendly, though!

We enjoy Krystal for what it offers: delicious fast food at a great price. This location truly delivers on that promise—it's clean, the staff is friendly, and the food tastes great. It's definitely a spot worth visiting for a meal, and you feel appreciated as a customer while you're there.

There was only one person trying to manage the entire restaurant, which isn’t ideal. It used to be one of our favorite places, but not anymore. We decided to give it another chance today, but there was no staff available. They should consider closing it down. This review is for the location in Foley, Alabama.

This was our first experience at Krystal?s. Upon entering the business, the first thing we immediately noticed was the very dirty floor and tables. Employees of the store greeted us. We were treated very nicely. However, I thought the burgers were like white castles burger, this part was definitely my fault. They were similar to WC but had an INCREDIBLY LARGE AMOUNT OF MUSTARD ON THEM. i did not like the mustard on the burgers next time I would say NO MUSTARD. The restrooms were equally dirty. There was toilet paper, soap and paper towels. The store was stocked for patrons. I think making some adjustments to our order would have made the experience better. But the burgers buns were steamed so much that the bun was a mushy soggy mess on the corners. I would return but I would buy ONE burger no mustard and see how it tastes then go from there.

I went through the drive-through after coming off the interstate. I had to sit and wait on a couple of people in front of me and I had to wait a very long time at the window. They asked me to pull forward and they would bring my food out. I honestly thought about just driving off and letting them keep the food. It took me 45 minutes from the time I Got off the interstate until the time I was able to drive out of their parking lot.
