Mcalister's Deli - Greenville

I always love McAllister. Unfortunately, they broke my heart today. Amid the busy lunch rush, they forgot my pickle. ???????????? But the sandwich was so amazing, I overlooked the mishap, and chalked it up to just one of those unavoidable things that happen.

OMG I came here just to grab a sweet tea with lemon and soon as I open the door they was so happy to see me greeted me with a smile. The nice lady at the register was so so overwhelmly sweet and I really appreciate her sincere heart of customer service as well as the manager on duty. So as I'm getting ready to prepare myself to pay for my sweet tea The manager on duty is like Oh it's on me today and I just thought that was so sweet of him. You really can't go to a restaurant anymore and receive exceptional customer service on top of someone just give you a free item just for being patient.

I set my standard of McAlister's deli from the Surfside Beach sc store. This store was no where near the quality nor the cleanliness of that branch. Bathrooms were disgusting. The Club I ordered was ok. The country potato soup was lacking potatos. 1/2 star at best.

Staff was extremely friendly accommodating. The food was not good. The Four cheese melt was far from melted. The soup ???? was not horrible but not good either. If it weren't for the staff being so great this would definitely get a 1 star ??

Must try sandwich shop! Carson at the register deserves a raise for his outstanding performance! I would recommend this place to everyone, fast and friendly service. Definitely will be back!
