Mcdonald's Restaurants - Greenwich

Got charged money from app pick up. Got the the store it was closed for refurbishment. Went into the store to ask for refund the woman said “ I’m not the manager who deals with this” blamed someone else and told me to come back tomorrow

Just received a delivery via Just Eat. Multiple items missing from the order and the food was cold when I got it.

Incredibly slow and poor service. After ordering my food and waiting for a long time I had to refund my order. Really disappointing.

I have ordered from this restaurant twice in 2020 and once in 2021. Unfortunately, all three times there have been items missing from my order. The first time, a burger was missing which was really disappointing. Since the restaurant is a 20-minute drive away, I couldn't do anything about it. The second time, I noticed some dips were missing, which was also disappointing. I wanted to give them another chance, but they let me down again. The last time I ordered, they forgot all 5 of my BBQ sauces and dips. This really ruined my entire meal experience. I ordered two large meals with large fries and had no sauce at home. This once again ruined my meal. I have received refunds for the missing items, but the main issue is that missing items can ruin the meal for someone. The food tastes good when it's there, but the constant missing items make ordering from this restaurant not worth it. The delivery charge is high and most of the time items are missing. I will be sticking with KFC from now on, as they don't forget any of my orders.

I have visited many McDonald's but I always happy with the service of this branch. Guys keep it up the hard work.
