Sahara has been there for at least 25 years when I first moved to colorado and it still remains one of my favorite restaurants! I have not found any other restaurant that prepares a better humus or fattosh! my favourite dish is the lame and I was never disappointed with his preparation.

Great place for a beautiful meal. service is attentive, eating is excellent.

Consistently good eating and friendly service in this long dtc restaurant. do not let them stand off from the stripe mall layer; the interieur is welcoming in its ethnic institution and one of the few places quiet enough for talks.
