Lisa is always so kind and seems excited to be there.
It took over 45 minutes to get a mobile order. Workers were unfriendly and unwilling to speed up the process! I finally asked for a refund and was told they couldn't refund orders from the app. I waited and finally got the order. I reported the awful service to someone at Burger King online. They offered and did give me a 10.00 credit toward my next order. I will try another store to use the credit and will not visit this one again!

The black lady at the drive thru at 6:15pm was very polite, good customer service, and the food was good and fresh. Thank you it's hard getting both good food and good customer service this day and time but today at Burger King made me feel so much
