Chick-fil-a - Gretna

Always a pleasure to eat here. The common area to eat had a lot of seat and was very clean.

I tried the online order and pickup and it worked great. The sandwiches are delicious as usual and were hot and fresh and the pickup was contact-free. I liked the app well. It was easy to adjust my order.

Put a simple curb-side order. Pregnant and chose Chik-fil-a to think for their accuracy and quality, I could avoid disappointment. The young lady who brought my order was super sweet. However, there was no sauce in the bag, my Arnold Palmer was only sweet tea, and the cal salad came only with almonds, not cranberries. I ordered crabs for one reason, it was simply regrettable that my food is not even edible because it is a lack of attention to detail. I know Chik-fil-a to be better.

This has to be the worse Chick-fil-A in the greater New Orleans area. Our nuggets had a burned taste and the waffle fries were cold and soggy. We could not finish our meals and we were too far to return the meals. It reminded me of a late night gas station food stop.

Great food, reasonably priced, genuinely helpful pleasant employees. I normally get the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Large Waffle Fires but have tired many different items there. This one is in the Food Court in Oakwood Mall so sometimes the eating area is cluttered because it is a shared eating area. I hope that you enjoy this Chick-fil-A as much as I do!
