I placed an order on Menu Log at 11:50pm and it is currently 1:12am, with my estimated time of arrival now showing 1:45am. I might as well wake up my 2-year-old to make me food, as they would do a quicker job than McDonald's in Wentworthville. I have tried calling the restaurant 8 times with no answer, and the driver is apparently waiting for the order but has not left the restaurant. This is unacceptable. If I could, I would rate this experience 0 stars.
The staff at this restaurant are not very welcoming, even during a drive-thru experience. Unfortunately, my phone credit card wouldn't work and I had to attempt payment at least five times. The cashier repeatedly asked if I had cash or a physical card, despite my response of no each time. Upon arriving home, I discovered that the large fries were only filled to about 75%.
I have never experienced a worse McDonald’s in my 48 years of life. The service is nonexistent, with staff lacking urgency and seeming to be in a daze. The food is terrible, dry, stale, and cold – it checks all the boxes for disgusting. This establishment should be closed down. Expect your food to be cold and to wait at least 30 minutes for subpar service. And forget about getting any Monopoly stickers on your purchases during the promotion.
Lazy staff Don’t want to make burger with out pickles and after waiting for family box with all Big Macs I get 2 mcfeadt and 2 cheese burgers !! They can never get anything right!! When you call they never answer the **** phone !! So now I have to call Uber eats to feed my family!! Useless !!
So I go in order food. I got a caramel milkshake that was slime and bad so ordered another chocolate one. So waiting waiting and guess what more waiting. So I’ve been waiting 1hr for a ducking milkshake wtf McDonald’s duck you
