It really depends on what you order at this restaurant. The people are super nice!!! The Brisket is very hit and miss!!! It can be dry and it can be good. The lack of consistency is a real issue!!! The Mac Cheese was terrible. I expect breadcrumbs and really good cheese. It tasted like pasta with cream cheese in it. I Loved the BBQ Wings Terriaki Wings. The Pulled Pork Sandwich Is Very Good As Are The Hamburgers. The Frys Are Fantastic!!! Chicken Tenders I am told were good. The Ribs Are Just OK This Is Supposed To Be A Smoke House! They are very friendly however I am not sure if they are very open to real honest feedback enough to make any changes and this will hurt them in the long run. They are expanding and I am already anticipating the bigger issues they will face if they do not make adjustments and improve!

We recently visited sarkys with a large group of 15 people and they were super courteous! the food was all delicious (especially the frits) and the service was great! they even prepared a special vegetarian option that was not on the menu because they knew in advance that we have a vegetarian in the party. highly recommended to support this local business!

We have eaten here a few times and the food never fails to impress us! Great food and awesome people! Highly recommend!
