Cimi's Bistro At Pinnacle - Grove City

I really wanted to like cimis bistro, but was disappointed by the service. my wife and I went with another couple and we ordered two beers to sit soon after that. After 20 minutes we asked if the animals were on the way and waited another 10 minutes until they arrived. when they arrived, they were not cold and have to sit one on the bar. two of the pasta dishes were hardly warm when they arrived at the table and have been sitting under a warming lamp for some time. when I go back, it will be summer when I can sit outside on the terrace and order pizza. they are pizza is very good.

I recently moved to the Pinnacle community and wanted to try this place so I did lunch for my daughter's birthday. there were a few more customers when we arrived, but we sat right away. we both had lunch. I had the lobster bisque and prime rib-Panini. my daughter had the Caesar salad and laugh bite, and my enkelin had the Macn cheese and calamari. everything was delicious. Additionally, I had the goose snap cocktail and my daughter had the red sangria. we are going to return to dinner.

Husband and I tried longhorn first. with 45-50 minutes waiting, we were looking for other options. cimi could get us right away and we knew the price was comparable. had a wonderful experience and will definitely be over several times

Have eaten here a few times. it was average. I don't order the right things.

Food was very good. Our waitress, Kimberly, was outstanding!! She was friendly, funny, super helpful and engaging. I will ask for her by name when I return. All staff were friendly and helpful. Only wish that my dining partner and I weren't the only people of color there. As I walked to the bathroom, I was mistaken by a customer for an employee. Of course, this says more about the customer not being accustomed to seeing or interacting with POC than it does about Cimi's. However, there could definitely be more presence. Microaggressions get very old! Overall enjoyed the experience, despite the silly guy!
