Only possible downside, depending on how you view it, is that they come to clear your table multiple times before you get up. Barely finished our plates and they came and scooped them up without asking if we were finished. Although this is always better than leaving a completely full table, it was a bit annoying. Will visit again for sure..... Margaritas are GREAT!
A nice, clean, modern restaurant--festively decorated--just off I-71 in a suburb south of Columbus. The service was slow but the food mostly delicious. The menu was extensive with typical Mexican dishes and a large selection of unusual fish and seafood entrees. I had a tilapia fillet with a broccoli salad that was very good. The salad had finely chopped jalapeno which made it spicy but not overwhelming. I was surprised to see broccoli on the menu of a Mexican restaurant. My wife liked her custom-ordered quesadilla with mushrooms, beans, cheese, and caramelized onions. Her custom-ordered taco with lettuce and avocado was not a success: the taco shell stale, the filling mostly lettuce, and hardly a tablespoon of avocado.
Everything about this place is great! Amazing food and service. Never have had to wait for a table even during busy time. The water does taste a little off, though.
Average midwest Mexican with not a lot of authentic flavor. Weak margarita.
We love the people who work here, and have some fave dishes and drinks we order. Vegetarian options: Most items can be customized to what my wife, a vegetarian, desires. Dietary restrictions: I’m gluten free so corn tortillas, rice, beans, tacos, enchiladas are all safe. Kid-friendliness: Kids eat here all the time with their parents. They have some American fare on the children’s menu.
