Old School but still good after all these years. Plenty of different servers per table, fast and efficient. Friendly and casual. Crab legs with Filet mignon, house blue cheese on salad, baked potato- classic!

Atmosphere was such a letdown from what we expected; had to FIGHT w staff to get a window table so we didn't have to Xtra our necks to talk to each other {smh}... Service for better after we insisted they accommodate special dietary needs Server didn't seem to know whether they could do ANYTHING without checking first (shouldn't this be Policy, and shouldn't they Know their Policies? Service for 3, bcs they finally got their act together and made the experience abit more decent. For was good for what it was, but the price! OMGsh! Not for the faint of heart If you have ANY desire to have any kind of relaxing experience, this may not be the place. Dietary restrictions: They wanted to CHARGE me for Diabetic considerations... I insisted they then CREDIT me for the food they serve that I could not eat, and after argument, they relented, and offered substitution for no extra$

My family has been in HB for over 50 years and have always enjoyed Captain Jacks. What happened?? The fish was dry, the service is lacking and the portions have diminished to nothing for the price and quite frankly the menu is tired along with the decor! What a disappointment. Sometimes a simple update is appreciated. Something to think about.
