The hosts sat my party of two right away in a booth near the bar which was a nice quiet area so I definitely appreciate that. I unfortunately didn’t get my servers name but she was so patient and kind when I ordered. I had a spicy chipotle chicken pasta which was not spicy but had a good flavor. I was hesitating between appetizers and opted for the egg roll sampler after it was suggested by my server and I am so grateful because it ended up having so many delicious choices. The Paloma Rosa is worth a try if you like more of a sweet soda based drink. In terms of cheesecake I would recommend the banana cream cheesecake; a spoonful of silky smooth banana cream is the way to go!The service provided by my server was one of the best I’ve encountered in a restaurant so far.
Never been at this restaurant or any other cheesecake factory, and I want to say the food is really, really good,we’re planing to come back soon. ?
Delicious and beautiful food, the best iced tea, and most amazing cheesecake. This restaurant is conveniently located along the 405. We had a large group gathering for a birthday lunch and all the food impressively arrived at the same time. I think CF must have the nation's best chefs. The menu is so vast and yet each of us ordered something different and equally fabulous. How do they do everything to perfection is a wonder. Each of us was so satisfied. The birthday presentation of the cookie dough cheesecake was so festive I didn't miss having a birthday cake. A personalized chocolate cursive Happy Birthday message, speckled with the colorful candy confetti sprinkled on the plate rim, and generous mounds of fresh whipped cream with a colorful candle on top. The sweet young waitress even lead our group in singing the birthday song.... This is the best place to celebrate a birthday or an anniversary. ??
They play great music. I love the meat loaf. Seriously.
Fast service, friendly and knowledgeable servers and hosts, clean restaurant, nice food presentation.Dog friendly, with indoor seating even!Really delicious food and cheesecake. I recommend the pineapple upside down cheesecake. Portions aren't very big (but the prices are) small handful of fries with a regular sized cheeseburger. If you're hungry, you won't be wasting food or taking anything home with you.I took a star off because the atmosphere is basically a Denny's with high ceilings. Lots of tables and booths crammed together in the space with lots of background chatter noise. It's a big chain restaurant in a shopping mall with a family friendly vibe so that is to be expected.Overall, it's a nice, easy tasty place to go for lunch if you want somewhere a bit nicer than a local diner/coffee shop.Parking: Even on a Saturday, we were able to get a parking space about 300 feet from the door.Kid friendliness: Lots of families dining there for lunch, lots of kid friendly options on the menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space to use a wheelchair or walker inside and a variety of seating options that should accommodate any kind of wheelchair or walker.
