King & I Thai Cuisine - Guildford

I got a pick-up order wrong and when I called the young guy right away for defense, I just wanted to owe me. the type that took the Order, said he was there years and does not make any mistakes! he even repeated what I wanted, but would not accept that what he gave me was wrong! and the best thing he just hanged! that just tells me that this wasn't her first complaining! most sensible companies accept feedback, good or bad, and try to solve the problem! not so much! also for years there! counts for free! talk about customer service! it will be the last time they see me or experience my money!

Ordered take away thinking it would be delivered via Uber but we had to collect. Range of dishes very good, no complaints quantity allowed for some for the fridge.

We hadn't eaten here for many years, and had heard mixed reviews. However we had the most lovely experience, delicious food, great service, great atmosphere.

The food was diverse, very tasty and plentiful. The service was excellent. The ambiance was very good with friendly and helpful staff. BYO and no charge for corkage. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Certainly a good choice for Thai cuisine with various dishes such as beef curry with large pieces that broke apart with a fork. The prawn dish was rather stingy on the prawns one of our group missed out due to a rather ravenous partner. I mean there was a truck parked up in Guildford selling Esperance prawns guys, what major impact would it have been to throw a few mor prawns on the pad thai, to paraphrase an Aussie expression ??
