Starbucks - Gurnee

I was disappointed to find that many regular menu items were unavailable. I ended up wasting my time waiting in line. I don't want to hear any insincere apologies from management. Service rating: 1/5.

Rojas was the best barista I’ve ever had at Starbucks. He was friendly, cheerful, and greeted us professionally. Had the biggest smile on his face. My friends and I give him 20/10. I love this location and go there every single day. Everyone knows my name and order. They are always super friendly and give amazing service. My only concern is that they have been closed the last 2 days with no notice and just a handwritten sign on the door. I hope everyone is OK and they aren't closing for good.
