Umami - Guwahati

This place is very underestimated, offers authentic Chinese and Japanese dishes. I loved eating absolutely. each and every court was top-notch. the peking duck is a must. the prices are reasonable compared to five star standard. even the staff is very polite and well trained. I'm looking forward to my next visit here!

My whole dinner was nothing less than an experience. the aromen are much softer and milder than they expect, but at the same time are powerful. the prawn tempura was different from all the others I had in this city; it was airy, fluffy and crispy. do it well! I have also been over her woabi crème brulee to this day. it was such an unexpected synergy of aromen that it left a lasting impression on my taste buds. a strange dessert to the dayroom. loved the whole atmosphere and mood of the place.

Recently visited this restaresta in vivanta by taj, guwahati. I loved her susi. the personal was really nice and helpful and explained to me about different sorts of susi. They also helped my niece and nephew to use the sticks. we also ordered some haka nudels, fried rice and huh and eating came out to be very tasty. I liked the personal, especially jayalitha. his decoration and ambiente and eating is really great.

I am regularly going to vivanta. Umami is very good restaurant. The food is obviously very good and mostly i liked the hospitality. The staff prerna served us mostly and she is doing a very good job. I found the service better than any other 5 star hotels in Guwahati.
