Contribuer aux commentairesSo, this place closed at 9pm and we got there at around 815. ordered and then at around 840, someone called our number and told us that they no longer served with plastic bowl because they were getting ready to close. Anyway, I ordered a hot grass jelly with taro ball, taro and boba....okay, and so at around 850, they called our number again and told us that they ran out of taro ball and grass kelly and asked if i wanted to change it to red bean. I asked for rice ball instead and they said they also didnt have that. So I asked what 's left? and so they said..red bean and tofu pudding, taro and some balls (I couldnt understand the girl). so i said i would take the balls and tofu pudding.At 9, they finally gave me my bowl of dessert but they were closing so they packed it as if I had ordered take-out. Fine. got home and opened my dessert, and all I got was a cold bowl of tofu pudding with 2 pieces of taro on top and it was still the same price. It was really the saddest dessert I have ever had.
I ordered 1/2 sugar shaved ice and still too sweet. Most importantly, i saw a cockroach on the floor and it made me don't wanna stay inside anymore. I ended up finishing only one third of what i ordered. They also use trays which are all peeled off. Terrible space. Never coming back
I’ve been here many many times and I loooove their shaved ice. I’d have it everyday, but they are always understaffed. I really feel bad for their workers. Last time a young woman at the counter was accepting orders, making waffles and dealing with online orders at the same time. I was next in line and about 10 people behind me and she didn’t have time to put my order in, meanwhile online orders keep coming in. Five minutes later she just asked everyone to put theirs orders online as well. I don’t have the app installed so my patience just ran out at that point, I left. So did a couple of other clients. I only writing it in so many details in hope that management will see it and fix the problem.
Updated: 8/2023This establishment has clearly suffered from poor management and neglect. Litter is scattered throughout the store, and the restroom is both unclean and lacking in paper supplies. Perhaps most disheartening is the complete absence of any kind of service. Even the self-service kiosk operated sluggishly, and with just a single ordering station available. The staff appeared unmotivated and displayed minimal to no emotional engagement. Their menu's price is on the high side but the quality is decent. There are plenty of seating and parking is just right outside with plenty of spaces. The wait after ordering is usually approx 10 minutes but it can takes up to 20 minutes during busy hour. There are self service stations and the ordering system is simply to use. Overall, I highly recommend it.
The space is nice, however they don't take your order at the counter but instead opt for a screen to order on. That's not a big deal, lots of businesses are embracing tech. The big deal is the fact that the menu changes depending on whether it's a weekend or a weekday, and the menu screen does not reflect that. The big screens above the counter did not reflect it either. Only after I placed my order and paid with my card did I realized I ordered something that wasn't being made that day. Rather than refunding me they made an attempt at a replacement, however the whole issue could have been avoided had I not been given the option to order that item. As I waited for my food and drinks to be ready, I saw the same thing happen to another 2 or 3 people. This seems to be a consistent problem with an easy fix, so why is this going on?Also, the tray return shelves were so overfilled that trays, dishes, and trash came tumbling down all over the floor as we were eating.
