Hungry Howie's Pizza Subs - Haines City

Ordered Howie Bread and it came like burnt cracker and we couldn't even eat

My husband called and notified that I would pick up the pizza. When I arrived to pick up the order did not appear. They changed the name and after several minutes of waiting he appeared and fried the pizza. I will not return to this place, he also made fun of my Latin accent. The treatment was very unpleasant. I felt racist. I definitely don't recommend it

I'd give this place negative stars if possible. the pizza wasn't made properly and they replaced the sodas we were charged for with pepsi zero, which we didn't order. why is it so hard to find decent service anymore? for the price the quality should be average, not trash. the manager said he'd comp us next time we order from them, anyone who knows anything about fast food knows they aren't going to remember you the next time you order. so basically he blew us off and our concerns. so we are never going here again. if enough people boycott a restaurant the place goes out of business and i could care less if that happened here. i'm not even that picky about pizza either, but when you can barely choke down a piece of pizza there's something wrong, even little ceasars puts this place to shame.

The pizza is delicious, the crust is amazing. The service is even better, Kara took my order and was extremely helpful and nice. Will definitely come back! Thanks Kara

The pizza is not that good as before. They don’t cook the bread completely, too thin. Taste like I’m eating water with bread ??? I’m not going to buy in this place
