I haven't been here for quite some time so it was a treat to stop by for supper recently. This is a nice, bright spot with great window seats and a colourful decor. Our server was pleasant and helpful and the food was good. I had a spanakopita platter served with potatoes and Greek salad - flavourful and filling. Unfortunately they were out of rice pudding for dessert, which is a go-to favourite of mine. The prices are average and on par with other Greek restaurants in the area. A nice option for Greek food in a busy area of the city.

Being half Greek myself I have been raised on the cuisine since I was first able to eat solid food so I can sometimes be picky. The Blue Olive is as authentic as they come. Delicious lamb, salad, dips and some nice surprises too. I highly recommend it.

I just had supper here tonight with a friend for the first time. Had ordered take out last year and enjoyed the meal but it was even better dining in. I had a lamb souvlaki plate that came with two skewers of lamb pieces, rice, potatoes and a salad. The lamb was tender and tasty, the salad was delicious with olives and feta and the lemon roasted potatoes were hard to resist. I can't believe I eat everything on my plate. Decided to try their house made baklava - it was the best I have ever had anywhere! Wonderful dinner, great service - will be back soon!

Have ordered Blue Olive take out over a dozen times in hope that maybe the next time the service would be better. Every single time we order from Blue Olive it takes over an hour to get delivered, every single time part or all of our order is incorrect. They have never gotten our order right to this day and we now refuse to order from there ever again as this is obviously not a once in a blue moon mistake. Delivery staff are unfriendly as well as staff on the phone taking the orders.
