Solid food for what's there in the area is the best way to rank this place. Not bad at all.. but If there was competition could be better but the place appeared clean and the catfish was real not that cheap Asian knockoff (forget what it's called).... This diner has a truck stop feel to it without the waitress. I find that disappointing. You place your order at the counter, then someone will bring it to you but it still seems to be missing that personal touch. It certainly has the look of a classic diner, with interesting decor. The food is mostly fried fare and burgers. I had the chicken fried steak. They used steak and not ground beef. It had a crisp breading but overall just middle of the road taste. This is a safe choice for a standard meal. I would eat here again.
