Phở Thiên Ý - Haltom City

Food is usually good and fresh but lately meat for rice plates have not been fresh and on point like usual.... So disappointing. Also, who ever has been wrapping spring rolls within the last month or so has been doing a terrible job my spring rolls have been split wide open and facing down on the open side down so I don't notice until it's time to eat ! Very infuriating because everything falls out. Last but not least they refused to give me Sriracha sauce to go with my over 50dls order, then I was schooled about the how and why they couldn't afford to give out any like I already didn't know about the shortage. I told the employee I would then open all my plates and pour in sauce myself if they weren't going to give me any only then did she offer me ONE small to go sauce cup which I declined. A paying customer denied Sriracha sauce, not sure I will be returning.

The food at this place was great, but the service was lacking. The beef pho was stuffed full of noodles and beef strips, better than any other pho I have eaten. The shrimp and pork spring rolls were hefty and the peanut sauce was generous. The mall in which this pho shop was located is obviously in decline and is pretty shabby. Even though I loved the food my complaint and the reason I dropped them to 4 stars was the service. The food did come out quickly, but I could not get the waitresses attention to get a water refill or to get my check. I literally stared at them while they were on their phones, hoping they would look up. It almost felt like both waitresses seemed to deliberately not look at you. Very irritating. I would go back to this restaurant, but I would pay cash in advance so there would be no need to deal with service staff.

Best grilled chicken spring rolls in DFW. The Pho was excellent...the consistency of the noodles was perfect, not soggy and mushy like they've been sitting in water for a long time or clumped together like they were just taken out of a package.Food: 5/5
