Contribuer aux commentairesThe restaurant has only one small coffee machine for customers to make their own drinks, but it was not working properly. The staff could use some improvement in customer service skills. Initially given paper cups, I asked for proper cups and received a disapproving look from the cashier. Eventually, I got a proper cup and ordered a hot chocolate and a coffee. However, the machine kept freezing and only dispensed a half measure that tasted like colored water. Two other customers returned their drinks for a refund, and when I mentioned mine was also unsatisfactory, the assistant ignored me. I then asked to exchange my drink for tea, and received a disinterested response from the cashier. I had to wait to be reimbursed for the price difference, and felt that the staff was not attentive or courteous. I used to enjoy coming here, but after this experience, I will not be returning. The cafe is dirty and the staff need to be better trained in customer service. Only one girl actually inquired if I needed help while waiting for my refund.
I visited this restaurant with my family during a recent shopping trip and was disappointed with the food. The sandwiches were hard and stale, and the tables were dirty with stacked cups that needed to be cleaned by myself and other customers before use. Overall, it was not a very pleasant experience and I will not be visiting again.
The service was awful, the food was served hot but seemed like it was kept warm for a while. All the tables were dirty with no staff available to clean them or any cleaning cloths provided. There was no receipt in the till, so they couldn't provide the ordered toast that was paid for. Additionally, even though hot chocolate was paid for, it was not available. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Rating: 0/10.
Had almost given up on the cafe as the food is of a poor standard but saw the Christmas menu advertised and thought I would give them another chance and try the xmas two course dinner.More fool me! It was 12:00 mid day, found a table (not cleaned) only to be told no prawn coctail starter today Another £20 quid Morrisons has lost. I give up!
Average food waited long time and shopping with my 79 yrs mum who has hidden disability recovering from a very recent heart attack, got a parking notice £85 r pay up straight away £50.00 didn't even notice limit on parking, but will not be using morrisons again that one lest car they need to worry about so discussed with Morrisons treatment of customers
