Tim Hortons - Hamburg

I had a disappointing experience with the night watchman yesterday. I was looking to get a snack and noticed that the Panini machine was likely turned off. After asking about my options, he didn't offer any suggestions. When I inquired if sandwiches were available, he simply answered “ham” with no further explanation. I hadn’t even mentioned bacon until I specifically asked about it, but he didn’t respond to that either. I wasn’t bothered by this since I hadn’t asked for bacon in the first place. However, when it came time to pay, he charged me for a turkey bacon club without asking whether I wanted it as a meal or just a sandwich. Overall, I left feeling quite upset due to the rude service I received.

I came in and placed my order using the app for a discount. We really enjoyed our meal. The space was very clean. Food rating: 5/5.

20 minutes in the drive thru for my $3.00 coffee is unacceptable! I would have gone, but of course I was locked up. no apologies for that. ridiculus

I love all the drink options they offer. I usually get my coffee black, while my spouse prefers the frozen lemonade or hot chocolate. Occasionally, we share a cup because they're so good!

Great coffee and donuts. Drive thru was a little slow.
