The caffeine among the linden asks in classic environment. a homemade cake on the very tasty taste. the coffee is also highly recommended. the device is exceptional, but still fits a coffee. on sunny weather you can also enjoy the cake on the street terrace. it is offered not only cake in caffeine among the lindens, but also many small. the staff is friendly and helpful. a piece of cake costs between 3.60 and 9.50 euro this is partly very rich, but the cakes taste very good for them. the caffe under the linde has opened every day from 10:00 o'clock and 01:00 o'clock in the night. I felt very comfortable where I visited this very good caffe, I guess I will never forget this visit again. because it's just great.
Quite a treat! Tucked away on a quiet street corner, Cafe unter den Linden provided a lovely outpost for breakfast and a few teas and coffees. In true Hamburger style, even though it was raining and quite cold by normal standards...everyone was perched outside. Luckily, there are blankets provided to keep warm or pad the benches, so do grab one if you plan on staying for a bit. I ordered something I 've come to really enjoy: the German brunch plate: salami, cheeses, butter, homemade strawberry jam, berries, and pate. I also ordered mine with a soft-boiled egg, mostly because I like eggs...but partly because I love the little dishes and spoons they are served with. I still haven 't QUITE figured out how to eat the egg daintily or without spilling shell all over the place, but I 'll learn. The best part? This plate was served with two fresh, warm rolls. Heaven. My cappuccino was on par, as was the hot green tea I ordered after shivering a bit. The people in Hamburg don 't seem to mind when it is raining and cold, but I am still adjusting! Total for my brunch plate, capp, tea and a few coffees...under 20 euros. This is a great spot to catch up with friends, grab a light lunch, enjoy the sun on an off day on their cute patio, etc. I 'll surely remember next time to order whatever the coffee drinks are that come in a bowl-size cup...it appeals to my American sensibilities!
Quite cozy place with not so many seats available. The coffee was delicious. They have different Breakfast Menus available from small to big breakfast for two persons or vegetarian Version. The stuff was really friendly. You can only pay in cash..
Cute little cafe, not too many seats so may be full. I have not eaten here, but I have tried the käsekuchen, which was *muah* delicious. I saw a lot of people (this is the evening mind you) having a glass of wine with their nose in a book. Looks like that is what I will be returning to do.
