Gino's Pizza - Hamilton

Do not think these negative comments. I've been traveling regularly for two years and love the place. Very welcoming friendly staff, pizza is great, and the right amount of toppings every time. Honestly confused with what's here. Yes, the place itself is small... but most ppl come in and take out the food. The food area is also clean. Always can depend on them when I'm in a hurry and need a good pizza. And his cheap ones!

Let me begin by saying that I tried to send feedback to the company office via company website... Website has not worked. For a slice, late night, 1 pizza that was dried and stabbed. Girl said a fresher comes out, so I expected... what a dump. New pizzeria boxes sitting on the floor in the customer area in the water from the ground that did not die all day (was snowing outside). The cash register hasn't been wiped out for years. Holes in the wall, dirt and dust everywhere. Corporate should close this place. Will NIE return!!! And btw, the fresh slice was terrible!

First order from Main W .... last time order. Pizza was cold, without cheese and hardly melted. Some slices didn't even have a pepperoni on it. Pizza ordered with extra pepperoni and cheese was also sad, cold, lack of cheese... and a piece of pepperoni per piece of pizza. We had to bake the pizza again to eat it. Salad came without dressing, mozzarella cheese not parmesan and leaf salad on his last day, not romaine. Wings were soggy, so laid in polystyrene. Lava cakes that came were frozen without instructions and in non-micro-extinguishing plastic. At least Dominos cooks her. Standards are NOT comparable. Oakville quality to far beyond Hamilton. Not every person appointed by this site is a university student. We're writing the office.

Why did we get used to pizza slices that have been sitting for three hours? Even worse, why are we all right when the employees lie to us and say that it was just made fresh? This place is notorious for the.. additionally, inferior ingredients,...rude staff and overall bad customer service make for a handle-and-go-assembly pizza snack the circulating market of students nearby.
