Contribuer aux commentairesI eat used to eat here often. I slacked off because it was just becoming so so. I'm not sure if they hired a new cook, but I'm back and the food is back to being awesome.
Very, very poor Customer Service skill, over the phone and in person. While taking my order over the phone, she sound like I was bothering her. Once I got in the restaurant to pick up my order, she act the same way She sound over the phone. She also quoted lesser amount over the phone, but was chargerhigher. The food was not prepared, because she had given it to the wrong person. She was not into her job. She had a pretty bad attitude and told me she did not need my money.
Order general sauce tofu and the tofu was very dry and hard the general TSO sauce was very water down it wasn’t even sticking to the tofu I also ordered shrimp and broccoli the broccoli was OK the shrimp was soft it’s mushy like it was over cooked. When I moved the tofu around I found a piece of hair in it and no it was not my hair it was a gray hair. I called and asked if I can exchange my meal because I was unhappy with it I was told No I also asked for a refund I was told No. one of the guys apologize. Will not be going back to this Chinese store one and done.
Moved here 6 years ago, I've been looking this whole time for a specific taste. Here, it's here, I've tried dozens of Chinese food places in the Atlanta area. No place compares. This place is by far the best.
