Contribuer aux commentairesWe have visited the Clichy for a dinner without the kids. The restaurant were not fully booked at that particular evening. However I would recommend to make a reservation. After a warm welcome we were brought to our table. The variety of the menu is quite large but stays focussed enough for a restaurant offering French cuisine. The wine menu also offered a nice collection of different wines including wines from other regions than just France. We have decided to take the 3 course menu. The food was excellent. Fresh ingredients and perfectly prepared. The service was very attentive and friendly. However the price level is quite elevated and you should be willing to invest around 100€ per person to spend a nice evening there with a bottle of wine. But for us it is certainly much cheaper than traveling to Paris.
Business dinner here tonight Good service Warm ambience Pretty nice food My trio of liver entree was interesting My steak main course was tasty but small for the price Decent wine
Thoroughly enjoyed the cauliflower soup with salmon. It was a unique combination for a soup, and it worked brilliantly. This restaurant seems to take simple ingredients and make them unique with new dimensions. The wine list is extensive too.
We chose this restaurant because of its good ratings and French cuisine for our anniversary. Unfortunately we seemed to have picked a bad day as we felt that the waiters were really uncoordinated. We had to wait for everything throughout the whole evening. First the menus, then the bread (we actually had to ask for it as they forgot), the first meals took around 20-25 mins which was okay, however the main course took 45 minutes while we were actually asked if "we wanted it straight away" and we said yes.... This waiting and asking for everything ruined it for us, even though everything tasted nice. If you want a 100% perfect evening I am sorry but I can't recommend.
I booked Clichy for a client dinner and it was a great choice... the menu has a good selection of meat and seafood dishes with some unique combinations and generally excellent quality cuisine and produce. We also enjoyed the wine - we chose a fairly modest Rioja and it was very good. This is not a cheap restaurant but the quality justifies the price - we paid around $80 per head for three courses - for the right customer and occasion I would definitely return and highly recommend.
